Home made Organic Matzos

We made Matzos yesterday and delivered to a few friends.Â This was my first attempt and they were so tasty that they didn't last too very long!

They are made with freshly milled Organic Hard Red SPRING (high protien) Wheat, Organic Artisan (wheat/barley blend) Flour, Clover Honey, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (full flavored) and water.Â
